The role involved:
• Monitoring and managing the client’s production server environments
• Constantly mining the environment for issues, and proactively addressing them before they impact services
• Handling upgrades, additions and deletions, patch deployment, and server build and release work
• Working on process improvement, transforming the server infrastructure to meet changes in the firm’s business demands
• Helping the client’s internal teams improve processes and increase productivity Mindtricx first began its relationship with the financial services firm early in 2006. Currently, Mindtricx is working on more than 15 separate and distinct projects for the financial services firm, with most in infrastructure.
