The center’s code and software has to set default homepage on web browsers will be sent or allotted for download to Browsing center’s authorized person after the successful acceptance of the application. The Mindtricx Solutions (P) Ltd is having the rights to accept or reject the application for Business associates.

The center’s person has to set their homepage by themselves which is allotted for them. For this service “Mindtricx” will pay as per hit basis and this amount will be paid on 5th of every month by cheque or online transfer. If they opt the payment mode as cheque, the cheque will sent by courier and it will dispatched on 8th of every month. If the check won’t be received by Business associates within 15th, they have to inform to “Mindtricx” for canceling the check and reissue.

The Associates shall maintain the home page at all time active. If incase of formatting or auto removal of the service on the system, “Associates” should set their home page immediately. If incase of the hit comes very less than the minimum requirement or system failures “Mindtricx” is not responsible.

The Associates should not give hits by themselves, if found any kind of malpractices, the service will be discontinued immediately and also payment will be stopped.

The Associates has to allow the “Mindtricx” employees for inspection at anytime. If not allowed, it will consider as abuse of rules.

In-between the agreement period the customer should not use other company’s home page or other online and web related ads or banners inside of their premises. Incase Mindtricx found, any abuse of rules, the agreement come to end and the Mindtricx will not pay any amount. Mindtricx Solutions (P) Ltd is having the rights to alter in part or change the terms and conditions in time to time.
